Are you ready for a nice long run on Sunday? Let’s go !!!

1)  Warm up : 8 km in 39’

2)  Pregression run : 18.5 km in 1h21’

3)  Cooldown run : 2 km in 12’


The weather is cold, but nice to run with well-being and great motivation ;-)
