Ce 20km de Paris 2018 était aussi un test pour voir où j’en suis sur la course à pied malgré la pratique de la marche athlétique …

J’étais ravi d’être présent pour cette très belle 40ème édition du 20 km de Paris 2018 et merci à toutes les personnes (entraîneur, bénévoles, organisateur, supporteurs, spectateurs) pour ce grand moment ! ;)

Time : 54’20’’

1. Warm up run : 4 km in 19’

2. Speed run : (5 x 600m + 5 x 400m + 10 x 200m) in 23’20’’

3. Cooldown run : 2 km in 12’

The weather is nice to run with well-being and great motivation ;-)
